The property was very clean and in a very convenient location. We arrived to town earlier than anticipated & they kindly allowed us to check in early, which was wonderful! Grocery store is just around the corner, the beach is a short 7 min walk and parking is always available in front of the property. They do offer underground garage parking, but we never used it. We loved the roof terrace and patio space. Lots of windows and comfortable space. Kitchen has everything you need. Management had good communication but didn’t solve the issues we came across. The home was overall great if you don’t need wifi or mind the construction noise.

The first night the very loud CO2 alarm was going off randomly around 10pm, midnight and 3am. We contacted management and they didn’t know how to help as it’s all wired and no buttons to turn off. Wifi stopped working after 1 day, we communicated with management but nothing was done to fix it. They didn’t know how to fix & never offered to send anyone. So I had to buy data services as I needed wifi for work everyday. Construction noise next door began at 6:45am, nearly everyday. Not owners fault but it was very inconsiderate of neighbors. We also had a weird experience where painters were walking on the roof terrace & scared my son, we contacted management to let them know and they wanted us to contact the police/ file a report. Something I think they should’ve handled or sent someone over immediately to handle. As we are guests and don’t speak Italian fluently. There was also one day where the power was out and didn’t come back until the afternoon. Again, they didn’t know how to help. Overall, I think there just needs to be more support/ customer service from their management team. My family travels around Italy every month, we have never had this many issues and nothing fixed. A guest book with instructions in English or Spanish would be a great addition. As when we did check in, the person only spoke Italian and it was kind of a guessing game. This place has so much potential.
