Spacious and comfortable, in a great neighborhood. Well appointed and free parking makes up for a bit of the higher cost.
I was in town for a series of meetings so the work space was much appreciated. The neighborhood is lovely, right on the beltline for great walks or rides, and lots of foot traffic. Several nice restaurants just downstairs, and quite close to Krog city market and pretty close to once city market too. If you need to get downtown it’s an easy drive with no highway traffic. But you are definitely out of the bustling business district. Great neighborhood.
I really loved it. The building itself could use some sprucing up like refreshing the paint, but the apartment was immaculate and spacious and very comfortable.
