The responsiveness of the owner and the comfy bed.
It was not clean - ants, small cockroaches in the kitcken. The bathroom was not clean either, it looked dated and generally not up to standards. The blinds are absolutely useless since at 7a.m it's sunny, disturbing your sleep!
Mop, brush, bucket all left in the kitchen, a plastic chair in a corner, stained sofa, smelly cushions, all felt crammed and unclean.
