• 2 queen bedrooms – sleeps 4 comfortably
• Bright open-concept living area for relaxing and gathering
• Fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation
• Full bathroom with in-suite washer & dryer
• Private entrance with easy self-check-in; exterior stairs to the suite above our attached garage
• Small outdoor deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets
• One outdoor parking space in front of the left garage door; no garage access
Amenities:
• Shared pool, available April–September
• Hot tub with private time slots; message us to reserve
• Fast WiFi and dedicated workspace
• Exterior Level 2 EV charger (40A), J1772 connector, available for suite guests between 11pm and 7am only (local time).

The place was incredible. Exactly how it was advertised. Nice pool Josiah and his family were amazing. When we talked about spending the day at the beach and needing to go get things for it. They volunteered to lend us whatever we thought we could use. Place was clean and quiet. Great place to go and unwind. Close to Davidson orchards. Easy access to everywhere. Thank you Josiah. Looking forward to our next trip there! Hopefully your place will be available!

Very nice clean and cozy property to live in. Cleanliness, bedding and outdoors everything is well arranged. Highly recommend this property. Pool and hot tub is well cleaned.

First vrbo for us - exactly as depicted online. Fresh (unscented!), very clean and so much better than a hotel. Host was very approachable and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again.
