A Rehoboth Bay inlet bayside community where you can go crabbing & fishing up at the docks. You can even bring your own boat to launch at the marina. (let us know in advance so we can get you a boat launch pass). A large salt water community pool, children's playground, basketball, tennis, bocci ball, bike trails are just some of the many amenities this gated neighborhood has to offer - Less than 10 mi to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park Beach or Dewey Beach.

Each Thursday evening from 3-5 we have a several vendors setup at the pool parking lot.
Additional Fees:
The following Fees will be listed under host fees
- Damage Protection $59 for total stay
~1 Dog is permitted $25 daily.
- Lost pool bracelets $50 each
You will have exclusive full-access to the entire home and property, private backyard and large front deck. * Exception: 3 closets in the house and 2 outdoor sheds remain locked.
Free on-site parking and all amenities are within walking distance.
Upon arrival a tenant document MUST be filled in per HOA rules.
There are 3 security cameras for your safety. 1 pointing at the driveway, the side door and the lean-to shed where all the equipment is located.
NO STREET PARKING (they fine folks for this) Park in Driveway only please. 4 Cars maximum.

Everything was great. The kids loved seeing all the unique items in the house and also enjoyed the plethora of items to play with. We enjoyed the pool, air hockey, ping pong, walking the dog, talking to the neighbors, catching little crabs and even utilizing the neat back yard. It is a very unique property with lots of personality. It left my husband and I guessing what the owners were like… teacher, massage therapist, boho hippy. Our imagination was in full swing. My only complaint has to do with the cleaning service. Upon arrival, there was the overwhelming smell of air freshener. We had to open every window and leave the house until it was aired out some. It lingered for several days. As someone who is sensitive to chemicals and smells, it was not a pleasant feeling. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood but still being close enough to all the excitement the beach has to offer.
