ROSE Holidays offers you this apartment located on the 2nd floor without a lift in a lovely half-timbered house, in the residential and quiet neighbourhood of La Marcellière, in Les Sables d'Olonne.
Bright and comfortable apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for family holidays or time with friends.

Bright living-dining room with sofa, armchair, poufs, coffee table, TV, dining table for 6 people and stools.
Open-plan, functional and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee makers.
Sleeping area:
A children's bedroom with trundle bed (2x90), bedside tables, chest of drawers, books and board games.
A second bedroom with double bed (140), bedside tables and large wardrobe.
A spacious mezzanine with double bed (140), bedside tables and chest of drawers.

A private parking space located right in front of the house.
