Spotlessly clean. Plenty of space, storage. Superb terrace - sun all day. Great black-out blinds and excellent security. Plenty of on-road parking + private space in underground car park. Very handy barbecue. Good kitchen equipment. Very quiet area. 100 metre walk to great pool. 15 min walk to bars/restaurants - 20 mins on way back - quite steep uphill. 2 mins by car!! Beautiful beach. Town area is deserted at night - difficult to find a restaurant with anyone in it!! Car is fairly essential - Lidl/Mercadona/Consum all about 4kms away. Bus every hour or so - but from beachfront - about 1km away. An excellent choice if you want peace and quiet and lots of space - both inside and outside the apartment. If you want bustling activity, you need to go a bit further afield.
