The Magical Estate is a 5 bedroom (all en-suite), 3,200 sq foot treasure that features countless activities for all ages! The private pool/spa and spacious pool deck include plenty of lounge chairs and countless games and activities. This includes pool basketball, cornhole, and larger-than-life ConnectFour! The outdoor kitchen and oversized dining/seating include an outdoor TV, the on-site Las Vegas-themed casino, and a lounge for adults featuring poker and token-based slots. the state-of-the-art arcade and game room, the next-level wizard, and superhero-themed rooms including 3 different commercial playground quality slides, and an unparalleled pop art collection that fills the walls, are just a few of the features that set this home apart! There's even an on-site laundry room with brand-new machines for your convenience.
The large Master bedroom includes an oversized soaking tub and overlooks the crystal-clear swimming pool, as well as a nature preserve from its private balcony; the Hollywood-themed room brings comfort, class, and glamour to the most discerning of guests. Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons the fire pit is disabled.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

Positives: We love Reunion, amenities, and location to Disney. Management company was very responsive. Property was spacious and everyone had their own privacy/space. House was very fun for a group. Kids loved the game room and pool.
Negatives: Mattresses were uncomfortable and house could use a little maintenance (touch up paint, handle missing off refrigerator etc). The pool area wasn’t picked up or cleaned very well on our arrival.

This house is very nice and very clean. However, we paid for pool and spa heat that ended up not working properly. The pool heated fine, but the spa was the same exact temp as the pool. We reached out to the management company and they said that they were remotely accessing the temp and it was fine (86 degrees F). I asked if that was as warm as the spa went as usually a spa or hot tub would be over 100 degrees. They said that it should go up that high but then just kept telling me the issue was that we needed to turn on the timer. We cranked it every hour for an entire day and it didn't do any good. The jets blew in cold water. They said they would send someone to fix but it took days and when the man showed up, he didn't identify who he was or what he was doing so we thought he was a timeshare person. He never corrected us and just left. The management company called after he left and said he wouldn't be able to return. It is annoying that we paid for something that did not work properly. We were unable to use the spa as it was not warm enough compared to the air temp.
