About this house rental

The holiday home "Villetta i Gerani" in San Teodoro is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Towels and linens can be provided for an additional fee.

Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and an outdoor shower. Beach/pool towels are provided for an additional fee.

All services are available within 200 m.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets are not allowed, and Wi-Fi is not available.

Please respect the quiet hours from 1 pm to 3 pm and after 11 pm.
