About this house rental
Yellowstone Escape is a spacious 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom cabin that can accommodate up to 22 guests. The cabin is located just 10 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. Top amenities at Yellowstone Escape include a hot tub, 2 kitchens, 2 family rooms and a spacious loft that has a pool table and ping pong table. This cabin also offers incredible mountain views from a large furnished deck and quick access to the local convenience store, fuel, restaurants and an endless network of ATV/snowmobile trails.
Additional amenities include granite countertops, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockpot, basic kitchen utensils and dishes, washer and dryer, smart TVs, heaters, fireplace, ceiling fans, pack and play, high chair, barbecue, fire pit, free WiFi and garbage haul off.
The property has plenty of parking for your entire group, ATVs, snowmobiles, even a boat! If your group is interested in exploring some of the trails in the area, we partner with local rental companies that can deliver the machines directly to your rental cabin.
The ground level has an open concept kitchen and family room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and access to the hot tub below the covered deck. The first bedroom has two queen beds and shares a bathroom with another bedroom that has a queen bed and a sofa. The last bedroom on this floor features a king bed, a twin bed, and a private attached bathroom.
The main level is perfect for family gatherings after a fun day exploring Island Park. It has a large kitchen, dining area, family room, and deck access with a barbecue grill. On this floor is also the master bedroom and ensuite with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, an additional bathroom, and a laundry room.
The upper level features a guest suite and bathroom, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, another large bathroom and a laundry room. There is also a large family room with a ping pong table and pool table, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
During your stay, take advantage of all the Island Park area has to offer with fishing, swimming, golfing and the amazing views in Yellowstone National Park. Feel free to reach out to us for more information on local activities and restaurants.
Be sure to plan a day in Yellowstone National Park during your stay with us. There are countless geysers, waterfalls, thermal features, wildlife and beautiful scenery. We especially love to stop at Old Faithful, Roosevelt Arch, Tower Falls and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. If you’re wanting to see some of the amazing wildlife in the park, Hayden Valley and Lamar Valley provide the best views of wildlife in the early morning and at sunset.
Grand Teton National Park is a scenic two and a half hour drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park through the South Entrance into Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
The entire cabin is accessible to guests. There is a keypad door lock on both exterior doors. The entrance code will be given a few days before arrival. I live in Island Park year round and am available to my guests when needed.
No smoking. No pets. There is no A/C.

This home was perfect for our group of 15.Plenty of room with super comfy beds. Noise did not travel to bedrooms to disturb the early retirees and late risers which is a big plus. It was easy to find and is an excellent location for our days at Yellowstone and is an easy drive to the Tetons. The well-stocked kitchen has more than enough dishes, pots, pans & utensils. Our host was quick to respond with our questions Our stay could not have been better. We all highly recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay at this property during our trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons! Our group of 12 adults had plenty of space—everyone had their own room or retreat to relax in, and the layout made it feel open and comfortable for gathering together.The kitchen was well-stocked, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of spices and pantry basics already available. Definitely check what's on hand before buying groceries—you may save yourself a few items!The home was very nice and comfortable overall. While we gave a 4-star cleanliness rating, it’s worth noting that it wasn’t due to anything being dirty—it was more about the lack of basic cleaning supplies. A broom and dustpan would’ve gone a long way with a big group like ours. Also, if you plan on using the sofa beds, be sure to let the host know ahead of time, as there was no extra bedding provided for those.All in all, a fantastic place to stay—would absolutely return and recommend for large families or friend groups looking to explore the parks with comfort and space!

Plenty of space for our group and comfortable beds. Can't beat the location for ease of access to the Park. However, the floors of this rental were not clean upon arrival. Socks and feet were black after some walking around and there was visible debris in the grout. Multiple windows were missing screens and a handful would not open all the way. Toilet paper on the hanger was also wet with cleaner so was not useable. Hottub was maintenanced with no heads up during our stay that someone would be coming over to do so. Pots and pans are very worn and are need of a replacement. 2 kitchens but neither had everything we needed so had to search both for certain items. We had to be careful around the firepit as there was an abundance of stinging nettles all over. This house has potential to be something really special, but needs some maintenance.
