About this house rental
This modern industrial home in downtown Nevada City was completely renovated in 2022 with the highest quality furnishings and appliances.
Perfectly located just steps from town`s best restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment, while also conveniently a short 20min drive to popular Yuba River swimming holes.
This spacious home boasts 5 gorgeous bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, large kitchen with 12 person dining table, and an outdoor hot tub.
The master (king bed) has a heated bathroom floor. Outside on the deck you overlook Robinson plaza.
The 4 remaining bedrooms have queen beds and mini fridges. Two of these rooms are within ear range of the waterfall, a great way to fall asleep in the summer months with the window open.
The deck has a large hot tub and a bbq, right off of the living room.
You will be granted access to the entire house accept the “museum”. And the garage That is the first 2 rooms on the left and right when you walk through the front door. There are no stairs to negotiate unless you choose to sit by the waterfall while enjoying your morning coffee.
I will be available by text at all times and if you need any instruction on anything, I am normally just a few minutes away. Don’t hesitate to ask.
The many activities that are in your backyard are numerous. We have 2 live theater venues along with many bars with live music. We are proud of our many restaurants as well. The Tribute trail is a great little hike that is accessible from your front door. It is a well marked trail. It sports amazing beauty in a short walk.
We are happy to offer free off street parking. In town where parking is limited, this is a nice amenity.
This is a safe, small town. Open your heart to the spirit of the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. You will definitely want to come back!
If traveling with pets please do not leave unattended at the house. Please use a crate if you leave the premises.

This place is just excellent! The host made it incredibly easy for all of us to and the arrival was perfect. This was a group of six women and we were all incredibly comfortable with the various bedrooms and the amazing kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. Plus the location is absolutely perfect. We were there for the film festival and could not have been easier. I cannot recommend this wonderful location and apartment more strongly.

Our family’s 4 day stay at the Downtown Goldmine was beyond our expectations, in the best way! This gorgeous home was spacious and comfortably accommodating for our family of 7 adults and 2 teens. Everything from the luxurious bedding, the amazing jacuzzi, ping pong game room, to the comfortable sofa & media options were fantastic! The open floor plan with a huge dining table allowed our large group to not only be together comfortably in one large area, but plenty of personal space to retreat quietly. The decor was exquisite, leaving us all wanting to know the stories behind so many intriguing artifacts! We were in town for a family wedding, and the location of this home was right in the heart of the darling town of Nevada City, making it easy to be close to the wedding venue, as well as a variety of superb eating venues and nighttime entertainment. I can’t say enough about this home and all it has to offer. Trust me to say, the photos are just a snippet of a truly incredible home and location!! The host, Jon Conger, communicated everything we needed to know with ease and expediency. We are frequent travelers and this home/experience was first class in every way. Thank you, John, for everything! We have wonderful memories to cherish!
