• $475 security deposit and signed rental agreement required through Ownerez after booking
• Renter must be 25+, with valid ID and matching credit card
• No smoking or parties. Quiet hours observed after 9:30 PM
• Sleeps up to 7 (including an infant in the crib)

This property was ideal for a family of all ages. The condo had kid and infant friendly rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food, and the living space was incredibly comfortable. The balcony had views of the beach and the sound. The location had easy access to the beach along with multiple pools, and the restaurant which allowed us to bring variety into our day without having to leave. A playground is nearby down the street and there are kid friendly activities in a close driving distance. We were very happy with this trip!

Location was good. Would recommend updating pictures especially one of "ocean view" as there is now a pool going in next door so some construction. The front door needs painting and based on first appearance wasn't impressed.
Elevators were broke for evening/overnight and we had to carry luggage down steps (had one member in party with mobility issues). Front elevator was broke our entire stay.
