Jacki was so helpful with making sure we had what we needed during our stay! We had the easiest time getting to the beach with chairs, towels, and beach cart. Added bonus of being able to do laundry prior to heading home!

There was very little or no communication with our host, I had to call Vrbo to get the address. It was hard to gain entrance to our place. A learning process...The bed was horrible! The mattress needed to thrown out!. My wife forgot her med in the refridge and the host brought them to the cruise port after we were already on the ship, We were so relieved and appreciated the drop! Thanks so MUCH! Beside the bed and the coffee machine not working it was just OK!
