House Rules & Booking Notes
– Stay Requirements: 7-night minimum per community rules (Saturday-to-Saturday during peak season).

– Smoke-Free & Pet-Free: To ensure a pristine environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Bethany Beach. The house we rented in Bethany Lakes on May Drive was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for our family. Easy access to the playground, pool and pickleball courts and only a short drive to the beach. My only recommendation would be to install gates on the deck leading to the pool. I highly recommend Wilgus Realty as well. They were great communicating with us, and we liked having a “real “ person to talk to instead of doing everything online.

The property was clean and well appointed. The house was really nice and comfortable. It had many conveniences and amenities you need when away from home. The community was pleasant. Both the kids and grandkids loved it. Communicating with the host and rental agency was easy and helpful.

The house offered everything a family would need and it was all new. If the exterior of the home, pool area and landscaping was as nice as the inside I would have given it a higher rating.
