Everything in the above categories was reasonable for an extended stay. We loved the location being across from the Melecon & Beach. Plenty of transportation available at the front door to flag down and agree on price to any desired destination. For coffee aficionados, a Starbucks is adjacent to the building with view of the ocean. The building has good WiFi connection. It is important to note that it is not a hotel, it is a condo rental. The GPS management was very responsive to requests for necessary items to facilitate a long stay. Also important, was the view of the ocean, bearing in mind that the balcony is set back from the road which can be a benefit. The pool level has a direct unimpeded view of the ocean across the road. There was a nice view of the lagoon from the back balcony of the condo. The building staff was professional, kind and friendly. Everyone without exception that we met were very friendly and kind. We were glad to watch the Annual February Carnival from the balcony and from the pool level as well as the activities of Semana Santa, Easter and the April annual Motocycle show. Sam’s club is at the back of the building taking a Pulmonia that will wait to get one back with the groceries very handy. along the malecon there are Oxxo stores with necessities as well. The weather during our stay was excellent.

Excellent location. Many restaurants nearby as well as grocery and convenience stores. Malecon can be quite loud at times but beautiful.
