-Occupancy limit 8
-Be respectful of neighbors (quiet time 10pm-8am)
-No outdoor BBQ`s allowed
-No Loud or obnoxious behavior allowed

Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well.
Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.
Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally.
HOA will not allow any charcoal or open flame BBQ on property grounds.

Nice deck and patio views of Bear Lake, very close to marina for wave runner rental, overall great experience and location right next to all the main food and boating spots.
