The Sassy Shack was a great place for our group to relax and enjoy Folly Beach. The pool was clean and well-maintained with comfortable seating. The beach was a very short distance away. We also enjoyed the fun artwork on display.

Overall a nice property in an excellent location - very short walk to the beach. The newer pool is well maintained and wonderful for kids. The house is on the older side, with doors that don’t always latch and bathrooms/kitchen that could use a little TLC. But found it met our family’s needs and budget and would potentially stay again.

Great location right near beach. Beautiful views and the inground pool is spectacular. Interior of house is very dated and has not been updated much. Many of the rooms doors do not latch and the furniture is quite old. Some fixtures are likely original to the house. Exterior of house is not impressive. Beautiful front porch with views to ocean.
If you are looking to rent rustic near the beach with a nice pool and lot, this is your place.
