An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

Condo amenities were really nice. I did not have a great stay, which I was expecting ...I wish the Host and Vrbo were more transparent with disclosing all the new home construction nose taking place right outside our bedroom window This would have allowed me to make a more informative decision as to stay at this Condo. Unfortunately my husband and I were not able to enjoy sleeping in or family having breakfast on terrace for most of our stay . .. Due to construction workers starting at 6 AM and ending at / around 4PM

The property was in good condition. It was obvious that Management/ownership is skimping on some things. For example toilet paper supply for a full week stay was limited to 1 roll. We purchased more, but 1 roll felt like a directive from a skinflint. The most annoying aspect of this stay was that there was signage all throughout the property and the most annoying was the sign stating that the thermostat should be set between 74-78 degrees…In Humid Hot Florida!! Really?? Further stating that if it drops below 72 degrees, the occupant would be responsible for the A/C repairmen service charge if the unit freezes over. As an owner of an A/C company, I know the owners don’t want to do the necessary HVAC maintenance and repairs or they are scaring people into not burning as much electricity. Either way; this is shameful. So if you are a guess that enjoys turning down the A/C in the evening before bed or just in the middle of those hot days, you may have a problem! If this doesn’t apply; You will love the property, location and the amenities. I’m only providing my experience here as sleeping in less than cool temperatures is frustrating for me!
