Spacious 3BR 2.5BA townhome in gated Oakwater resort. Only 4.5 miles to ESPN and 5 miles to Disney and Wal Mart is just outside of the resort.
The Space:
Spacious 3BR 2.5BA townhome in gated vacation resort Oakwater, only 4.5 miles to ESPN and 5 miles to Disney. Wal Mart is located just outside of the resort and it's only a 3 minute walk away. Ideal for families looking for a house that offers a quick access to the Highway 192 that takes you to all the parks as well as for travelers who enjoy a larger than average vacation home in a very quiet setting. This house is also well suited for business travelers since it comes with a work space.
This tastefully furnished 3BR townhome features a large living Area with 50' TV, an open fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a covered lanai looking over a lush tropical garden to relax in.
Bedroom Configuration:
1 MASTER KING with ensuite bath, TV
1 QUEEN bed room, shared bath
1 TWIN bed room, TV, shared bath
For the 'little ones', this unit offers a high chair, a Pack'n Play and a stroller.
Guests also enjoy access to all resort amenities at Oakwater; club house with fitness room, zero entry pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis, beach volleyball and a playground.
This town home comes with a private parking just in front of the garage. Note that our guests don't have access to the garage.
We supply bed linen, towels and a starter kit to our guests. The starter kit consists of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, one tab for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher as well as some shampoo and soap.
There is an exterior security camera at the property.

The house was clean and in a perfect location. We didn't have any issues while we were there.

Overall the property is nice, with lots of amenities. There are a few areas for improvement (cleaning and repairs) that have been shared with the host. The host provided timely communication and was very helpful throughout our stay.

The property is located in a great location for everything that we needed. Walmart is within walking distance, this was great for us. The only problem, which was not the owners fault, was the front entrance gate was broken and was kept opened the whole time we were there. The other thing, which was on me for not checking, but all the bedrooms are upstairs. The Master Bedroom closet is locked, so if you have any clothes that you need to hang up, you will need to use one of the other 2 guest rooms. The home has everything you need for home away from home.

The home was just as beautiful as pictured. It has plenty of kitchenware to make the stay simple. It is a super peaceful and quiet area.
Unfortunately, we booked our stay during hurricane Milton. We had to cancel half of our vacation time with our son and granddaughter, then pick up my 87 year old mother to try to stay safe during the hurricane. The owner was super helpful during this time and went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible by letting us stay a bit longer since the hurricane was still "active" on our checkout date.
Lovely home, great owner. Definitely would highly recommend.
