This light, bright & open contemporary Pebble Beach home located halfway between Pebble Beach golf Links and Cypress Point club - within walking distance to The Lodge and adjacent to the Lone Cypress tree along the 17 Mile drive with views of the Pacific from almost every window is the perfect getaway.
This home, originally built in 1970 in the Sea Ranch Style has recently undergone a complete remodel.
The open kitchen/great room now has additional windows to the sweeping views of the Pacific where you can watch the waves crash and the otters play. A large wood deck opens towards the ocean through sliding doors from the Kitchen. This is the area where you will spend 90% of your time when in the house!
There are three buildings on the property. The main house, the guest house and the garage. The main house includes a huge Primary bedroom with a King Size bed and ensuite bath complete with double sinks and walk-in closets. The primary bedroom also includes a large sitting area with sliding door access to an adjacent outdoor patio.
Up the stairs is a second large bedroom and a loft space separated by a bathroom. This bedroom boasts a King bed. The loft/den adjacent to the upstairs bedroom has a sitting area with a Flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa for sleeping additional guests.
This rental includes a detached 300 square foot guest house. This separate space is the perfect solution for either teens, in-laws, or couples - allowing for private space - yet connection to the main house via the patio - all behind the locked gate. The Guest house has a mini-fridge, it's own en-suite bath with shower/tub and in the sleeping area has a Flat Screen TV and a great reading chair, dresser and book shelf.
The very large living room with its abundant windows provides views to the ocean. There is a large dining table in this room to either gather to play games, do a little work or eat a meal.
The newly renovated kitchen/great room has a sliding glass door out to an ocean side deck, a large flat screen TV in the sitting area, full sized washer/dryers behind a pocket door, all new top of the line appliances, a large island with seating and great views of the ocean.
Each of the three full bathrooms have also been completed remodeled with all new plumbing, cabinets, flooring, lighting. The bathrooms are roomy, bright, modern and VERY functional.
There is also a powder room right off the main entrance in what used to be a small closet.
There is ample parking at the top of the driveway as well as a several spots along the 17 mile drive, which belong to this property exclusively. There are times when 1 or 2 spaces are available for use in the garage. (please ask if interested). The property also has a Tesla charger in the garage and is available for guests.
Enjoy your morning tea/coffee from one of three outdoor patio areas and watch deer, listen for birds, and observe the beauty of the Del Monte Forest which surrounds this special home.

Awesome property in a magnificent location. Very clean, great instructions, super easy. if you are looking for something near Pebble Beach you can't do much better. You can walk to the Lone Cypress in under a minute. The property is very clean and obviously well-maintained. Perfect stay. We would definitely return.

House was better than advertised. Tracy and Cheryl communicated great and were very nice. The location was superb……just steps away from Lone Cypress and views/sounds of Pacific were everywhere.

A gorgeous home in an incredible location. We loved everything about it and hated to leave! We will be back and hope to stay even longer next time.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to enjoy Pebble Beach, Carmel, and the Big Sur coastline. The house was timeless and charming, blending perfectly with the natural beauty of this area. It truly felt like a step back in time. During our short stay, we saw an abundance of wildlife with hummingbirds, deer, sea otters and owls all visible from the front porch. The ocean vista, flora and landscaping were equally inspiring and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were all spacious, private, and comfortable. Early mornings were spent enjoying a cup of coffee (after a 1 minute walk) overlooking the Lone Cypress, while we spent the nights star gazing and talking in front of the fire pit feature outside. The location is second to none. I strongly recommend this unique and memorable housing experience!
