The property was completely renovated in the fall of 2022, showcasing new paint, flooring, and furnishings throughout. Furthermore, the kitchen has been entirely remodeled and dedicated high-speed internet is accessible.
The living room boasts a vaulted ceiling that enhances the influx of delightful Colorado sunlight, fostering a peaceful atmosphere ideal for enjoying the wood-burning fireplace or the flat-screen TV.
The dining area provides ample seating and is conveniently situated next to the renovated kitchen, which is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances.
The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed, a futon, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed along with a Twin bunk bed suitable for adults, and it also has a second full bathroom. For those traveling with young children, the living room offers a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.
Building 19 is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, conveniently located just a brief walk from the Clubhouse. Additionally, there is a complimentary town shuttle stop directly in front of the building. Residents can take pleasure in the scenic views of the woods and ski resort from their backdoor.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Nice clean cozy space. Well furnished and with all the necessary amenities. In mid-September we seemed to be the only guests in our building and it was so peaceful and quiet. The adjacent walking trails and the indoor pool at the clubhouse were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again.
