A unique community spanning thousands of acres, there’s so much to explore in and around the area. From winding coastal trails to hikes through the beautiful Redwoods, you can spend endless hours immersed in nature. Grab a bite to eat at one of many delicious local restaurants, serving up meals of a wide variety with a side of gorgeous coastal views. The charming city of Gualala is only a 6-minute drive north, where you can discover even more outdoor activities, shopping, and dining.
Inside the home, you’ll love curling up on the comfortable living room sofa with your cup of coffee, taking in the scenery from the large, wall-to-wall picture windows. Stream your favorite movies or shows on the smart TV while you unwind before bedtime. Throw some wood on the fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere when the nights are a bit cooler. You’re steps away from the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all black appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware. Enjoy homecooked meals at the dining room table with seating for 6, bathed in natural light. The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for tennis is available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.
