Set along the Pithlachascotee River, often called the Cotee river, is beautiful Simm's Park & close by main street with several restaurants, bars & live entertainment. Situated on Florida's west coast New Port Richey is centrally located, approximate 45 min drive from the Tampa International Airport and 1 ½ hour drive from Orlando. Boating and fishing are very popular activities here and boat rentals and fishing licenses can be arranged easily just minutes away. There are many wonderful and varied attractions close by: 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, 35 minutes to Clearwater beach, 35 minutes to Bush Gardens Theme Park, 35 minutes to Weeke Wachee Mermaid Show, and 1.5 hours to Disney World.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive. The pool was enjoyable, beds comfortable.

Property was perfect for all ages. Beautiful home with open floor plan, nice size bedrooms, great kitchen for multiple people. Garage has ping pong table, laundry room and lots of fun floaties for the pool. Backyard is amazing, nice fun pool to cool off and enjoy
