Palm Breeze at Inlet Beach has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and room for up to eight guests, the home offers a comfortable and stylish stay for beach vacations and weekend getaways alike. A beach cart, four beach chairs, and an umbrella are included so you can enjoy easy, relaxing days along Florida’s stunning emerald coast.

The beach at Inlet Beach is within a quick five-minute walk, offers public restrooms, bike racks, and outdoor showers. Quick walk to Rosemary Beach. Underpass is available close by that puts you right into Rosemary Beach.

Palm Breeze at Inlet Beach is a pet-free home. If any breed of animal, large or small, is found to have been at the home, an additional cleaning fee of $1150 will be charged for deep cleaning and replacement of all bedding and rugs.
The primary guest who booked must be on property accompanying all guests for the duration of your stay.
Any person over the allowed eight-person maximum occupancy will be charged $55 per person per day. Primary guest (reservation holder) assumes responsibility for any and all damages to the property from all family members and guests.
No smoking, vaping or burning of any substance inside the home.

We had the best time. The house was wonderful-clean & comfortable. It was so nice to have the wagon & beach chairs to use. Chris was amazing-giving us a ton of recommendations on things to do & places to eat! Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sunnyside! From the moment we arrived, Jody made us feel so welcomed with their kindness and hospitality. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and always quick to provide support whenever we reached out.The house was thoughtfully stocked for a comfortable family stay. We especially appreciated the generous amount of beach towels and beach gear available for guests. Having the washer and dryer during our 7-night stay was also incredibly convenient and made traveling with kids so much easier.The kitchen was one of the best-equipped rental kitchens we’ve stayed in. We were able to prepare several meals without ever missing a specific kitchen item, which made the house truly feel like a home away from home.Thank you again, Jody and Steve, for your wonderful hospitality and for creating such a comfortable and welcoming place for families. We made beautiful memories during our stay and will absolutely be coming back!

This was our first time staying in a rental and it was the best experience. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and in a convenient location. We were able to bike to eat, shop, and visit the beach. The host was attentive and nice. We look foward to booking again.
