The stylish interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, contemporary fixtures and fittings and more than enough space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a snug sofa, armchair and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The 2 double bedrooms both feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds rwith crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms with rainfall showers (1 also has a bath), as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from central Newark, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The main shopping district including high street stores, Newark Market, Odeon cinema, National Civil War Centre, Superbowl Bowling and an array of antique stores are all within a short walking distance. There is a large Asda supermarket for your groceries just 5 minutes walk away, and Newark North GateTrain station is less than 15 mins away on foot, with rail links to major UK cities and towns.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, Newark can be easily explored in its entirety on foot. The apartment is a 15 min walk from the train station or a short taxi ride!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 4 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
