This is a GREAT house for a family vacation. Only one bathroom but it worked for us!

We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there. The linens were soft, the house was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space, there was even a multi charger in our bedroom. The only thing I could have suggested was a fan for those who like to sleep with one for noise or who get warm at night! We will definitely book again if we are in the area!
