NEW FOR 2026: installation of a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.



This family home, full of memories, has been carefully renovated by its owners to give it a new lease of life. We are delighted to offer it to you today, so that it can become your place for precious moments, with family or friends. You will be able to enjoy a private 7-seater hot tub, ideal for relaxing, as well as a soothing natural environment, with the presence of two horses, Uno and Kilano, visible from the house and terrace.

Located on the edge of woodland, it provides direct access to lovely hiking trails. Make the most of its two terraces: one on the roof facing due south, the other at the rear, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for summer meals.



Push open the front door and discover a large living space of nearly 45m2. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available. Share your meals around the dining table perfect for 7 people. In the evening, gather in the lounge around the sofa, coffee table and television.



Behind the kitchen, the first bathroom includes a shower, toilet and hairdryer. A first bedroom is located at the back of the living room, with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a single bed (120x190 cm) and a dressing area.



Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: on the right, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and private bathroom (shower and toilet); on the left, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), a sofa bed (ideal for a child) and direct access to the south-facing terrace to enjoy the sun.



For your comfort, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal.



There is space available in front of the house to park 2 cars safely.
