About this cabin rental
Consider this cabin your home away from home while you visit Lake Sam Rayburn. Secluded tiny house built in 2024 with all of the amenities nestled among the pine trees of 30 acres. 3/4 of a mile from a public boat ramp. Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a twin size bed; can easily sleep 3 people.

Plenty of parking for boats and cars. There is very little light pollution which makes for great star watching. Owner lives on property so if issues arise they can fix them quickly.You will have access to the entire tiny house, the property is private, and available for use.
There are also two other houses on the property, perfect for big gatherings. In total, with all three houses combined, 11 guests can stay.
The property also has full rv/camper hookups. (50amp, water, & sewer) that you can purchase in advance for an additional charge.
We have two kayaks available for rent.

I absolutely loved this location. We got the Dixie Den and the drive to was so beautiful. The water was so nice to lay in with a sand shore (of course Texas is one good rain away from higher water) kayaks for rent and the neighbors were so nice. Property manager was so nice and helpful made sure we had everything we needed and if i had the opportunity to buy this little spot I sooooooo would! Nice shower, and spacious restroom. Kitchen was perfect and the hot pot is amazing! Loved the icebox and Ninja toaster over/air fryer. Cant wait to book with the kids!!

We only live a couple of hours away but wanted to fish and relax for the long holiday weekend. This cabin was great for that! The hosts were nice and helpful, and the property was easy to find and just wonderful overall. We'll definitely rent from them again!

The cabin was a bit too tiny and parking was inconvenient. Definitely climate control issues in the cabin. The lake was very low so there really wasn’t a beach when we visited. However, the host/owner were very nice and responsive. The property grounds were well kept, clean, and pretty.
