Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1527 square feet, well appointed golf course home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in them. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for comfortable sleeping for 8 people in the house. The open living room is furnished with a big screen TV and sound bar, sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite countertops, 4 barstools and all the amenities you would need for your stay. Situated on Coldwater Springs Golf Course with views of the Estrella Mountains, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on this public course and later watch the sunset from the patio or take a dip in the heated pool. Well stocked and furnished with 4 outdoor lounge chairs, conversation seating and barbecue along with a teak outdoor dining table that seats 8. Situated 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10. Adventure awaits in any direction you venture.

We rented this place because one of our children got married. It was less expensive than a hotel, and it gave everyone more space. The young children loved playing in the pool with cousins. It was quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at this property for one month. We had a great time! Home is comfortable, well stocked and very clean! We enjoyed communicating with the Hosts! They were always prompt with replies, very kind and helpful! The pool was really relaxing and we loved watching the golfers go by! We hope to return again! Thanks for everything Sandra and Ryan!

Great location. Close to major amenities, attractions and golf. Heated pool included makes this property affordable for a family vacation - majority of rentals charge a daily additional rate for heating. Host communication was proactive from booking to check out.
