This bright vacation home has been renovated and decorated with true seaside charm. It offers a swimming pool-jacuzzi and three terraces on 3 different sizes of the house. Located 1km from Kerfany beach and a few hundred meters from the Belon River and the Gr34 hiking trail, this house will charm you with its 185m2 (1,900 sq ft) and it’s enclosed 1,400m2 (1,600 sq ft) garden. It features two living areas, one with a fireplace and the other with a TV area, à parte and very bright wellness area with a heated swimming pool-jacuzzi (as well as a shower & toilet).
