With 2 bedrooms including a king bed and bunk bed, a cozy bathtub in the bathroom, and amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC, guests will feel right at home. The fantastic and peaceful atmosphere of this awesome property is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Helper and our cottage has to offer. Lucky you...I bet you thought "well this is reasonably priced place, cheaper then a hotel" That's because it is!
This Hall-Parlor style house was built in 1903 and is the oldest residential structure still standing in Helper. The masonry work reflects on the incredible craftsmanship of the immigrant Italian masons arriving in Helper during the turn of the century. This listing provides basic accommodations at a very reasonable price point. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.
