Beautiful 4 bedroom 2½ bath house on the corner of 4th st Street and Hwy 98 in Mexico Beach. This charming house features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (full over twin bed). With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and shower, guests can relax in comfort. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, iron, and a washing machine. On the beachside of the property is a swing patio and leads to a larger sundeck with amazing views. That is where you will want to start your mornings. In the back of the house relax and grill at the tiki bar.
Only steps away from the beach, there is public beach access at the end of 4th st with a winding ramp leading you to the sugar white sands. You will find the locally owned food trucks in Mexico Beach for those Killer Fish Tacos, snow cones or milkshakes.

We had a wonderful time at your home. It was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We sat outside each evening to watch the sunset over the water. Most of our time was spent on the beach. It was almost like staying beachfront with all the views. Short walk to the beach.

We loved our stay. We loved our morning coffee on the top balcony and beach access 50' from the house. The House was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We will definitely be back! Thanks
