House in Lluc, ideal for cyclists and hikers

Discover this cozy and peaceful villa nestled in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, a natural retreat between Puig Tomir and Puig de Galileu. Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean vegetation, this home is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a unique setting. From the terrace, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, which makes your stay even more special.

The house accommodates four people and features two bright bedrooms with built-in closets and windows overlooking the Mallorcan countryside. There are two full bathrooms with showers, a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove—perfect for cool evenings—as well as a fully equipped kitchen with access to the stunning natural views.

Heating is provided by a fireplace, a wood-burning stove, and space heaters in the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. In winter, there is an additional fee of €10 per day for the use of the space heaters. The owner provides an initial supply of firewood at the start of the stay; guests must purchase any additional wood themselves.

Outdoors, the house features a large terrace with mountain and ocean views, a grill area for outdoor meals, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The location is ideal for cyclists and hikers, as many trails start right at the house.
