About this farm stay rental
Experience Flint like a local on this 50-acre farm. This Farm Retreat includes 2 houses- a cabin and a farmhouse which includes 6-bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. Nestled in a serene setting, this property offers 5 queen beds, 3 bunk beds, 2 cribs, and 3 twin beds for a superb stay. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind in this soothing retreat. Three bathrooms with a hairdryer and shower ensure convenience for all. There are farm animals, nature trails, playgrounds, and a pond. Price listed is for 14 guests. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Other Things to Note:
No guest's animals allowed. If you are found to have an animal, you will be charged $200 and your visit will be cancelled with no refund given.
Cell phone service can be spotty. The best service in this area is with Verizon.
We do offer early check in at $30.
Late check out is $20 per hour.
$25 for 2 fishing poles and a tackle box
$10 for firewood bundle
We can accommodate 2 trucks pulling bass boats. If you have more than 2 boats, please reach out to us before booking. We will do our best to accommodate your extra boats but may charge a $30 fee.
We do have a very friendly Great Pyrenees dog whose job is to protect the farm animals, but loves attention!
**We do not provide wood for the wood stove nor the outdoor fire, you may gather fallen limbs from the nature trails, bring your own, or buy a firewood bundle for $10.
No pets allowed for the safety of our free range chickens, other farm animals, and the safety of our guests with allergies. We know how important ESA service animals are to the humans they serve. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any guests' animals, including ESA service animals. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. If you are found to have an animal, you will be charged $200 and your visit will be cancelled with no refund given.
