The townhouse was extremely clean. The sofa was not the most comfortable but if you are busy most of the day in the community, it is ok. The property was not stocked with dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, kitchen wash cloths, plastic wrap or foil. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and a good selection of utensils and pots and pans. The back patio door is clear, and I would have felt safer had it had a frosted film over it. The only truly negative comment, which is just the situation of the complex the townhouse is located in, is that there is almost no driveway (certainly not long enough to park a car in), the street is very narrow and if a car is parked in the street opposite of the house, it requires skill to enter the single garage (skill I don’t have). I drive a mid sized SUV and I’d have to fold the mirrors in first or the car war too wide to fit through the garage doors. I scrapped the side of my SUV one time because there was a car parked across from the garage leaving too little room. The host answered questions in a timely manner, the property is pet friendly, both of which were very important to us.
