1. The Living Space:
The living area is tastefully furnished creating a bright, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. The room is spacious and well-lit with natural light and warmth.
Our leather couch provides a comfortable seating experience, creating a homely ambience.
It also has the versatility to transform into a bed, allowing you to unwind and relax while enjoying your favorite entertainment.
Amenities include:

- High speed WIFI
2. Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals while taking in the spectacular views.
A Shop is just around the premises should you need to grab something quickly.
3. Bedroom:
The king-size bed with extra fluffy pillows ensures a magical night's sleep. Big windows fill the bedroom with enough natural light when required.
Extra beddings are provided.
~ Iron box provided
4. Bathroom:
~ Essentials such as towels, tissue and shower gel are included
5. Laundry:
We have a washing machine which is available to use.
Guest access:
~ Guests can access all rooms, rooftop and parking area
6. Minimart:
A small supermarket within the premises where you can find quite a variety of basic items you may need during your stay.
7. Liquor Store:
Located at the premises, they can deliver liquor to your apartment if requested.
8. Grocery Store:

9. Elevators:
There are two lifts which are very fast

~ The Apartment is very popular with couples and single travelers looking for peace and tranquility.
~Cleaning is done once a week for longer stays.
However, we do clean and sanitize our house immediately a guest checks out.
~A small fee of $5 will be charged for extra cleaning.
~ SMOKING is not allowed inside the house.
~ House can host up to 2 Pax - Maximum.
