About this apartment rental
Experience the sea. Find peace and quiet. Welcome to the Blaubarschbude!
Are you dreaming of a getaway on the Baltic Sea? Then the Blaubarschbude in Kölpinsee on Usedom is just the place for you. Stylish, cozy, wheelchair-accessible, and just a short walk from the fine sandy beach.
Spanning 79 m², you can look forward to a relaxing vacation in a modern vacation apartment featuring a bedroom, a large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, a covered terrace, and everything you need for a restful getaway. Ideal for couples, families, or friends—perfect for 2 people, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
Comfortable and convenient from the start
The apartment is located on the first floor of Building 2 in the Bernsteinquartier. Wide doors, threshold-free entrances, and an open shower make it easily accessible for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. Your private parking space is located right outside the door and offers a spacious unloading area for maximum convenience.
Open, bright, and high-quality—your living area
The open living and dining area combines style with function. The large couch converts into a full-size bed with a proper mattress when needed. The TV, featuring digital satellite reception and smart TV functions, ensures relaxing evenings and entertainment no matter the weather.
Cook however you like
The kitchen is fully equipped and cleverly designed. No wall cabinets, but everything a cook’s heart desires: an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and fridge-freezer combo. A vacation kitchen can be this simple—even for little helping hands at the dining table.
Comfortable Sleeping
In the bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed with a convenient entry height awaits you. If you’d like, you can also enjoy relaxing TV evenings here. A special highlight: The covered terrace is accessible directly from the bedroom.
Outdoors Is the New Indoors
On the terrace, you can barbecue, play, read, and laugh. An electric grill, patio furniture, and plenty of space make this area a place to unwind—whether in the sun or sheltered under the patio roof.
Everything within walking distance—no car needed
The supermarket, restaurants, and beach are all just a short walk away. The location is also ideal for train travelers: The Kölpinsee train station is right next to the property. Just arrive, unpack, and relax.
A vacation for everyone—including your dog
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome at the Blaubarschbude. A dog bed with a blanket is already waiting. There are games for kids, and on rainy days, free Wi-Fi at 20 Mbit/s and streaming options on the TVs. And if something gets dirty: a washer and dryer are available at no extra cost.
Your relaxing getaway on the Baltic Sea
The Blaubarschbude is more than just a vacation rental. It’s a place where you can leave everyday life behind, take a deep breath, and enjoy the Baltic Sea
