Full bathroom, laundry with washer/dryer, and full kitchen with island that opens onto a spacious living room. Large deck provides pleasant outdoor space to relax. Amenities include AC, high speed WiFi, large screen TV with premium channels, and a desk workspace. Guesthouse is 1250 sf on a single floor above stand alone four car garage. Plenty of parking.

Our host Rebecca thought of everything! Ideal location in idyllic seaside town, Spotless apartment with every amenity you could possibly need, comfortable beds, lovely private setting. We will return again

We visit family every year for Labor Day and we were very excited to find a place nearby. Cohasset is a cute little hamlet and our host Rebecca made sure to make us feel welcome. She was super responsive and had some generous snacks and coffee to get us started. The location was quiet yet a short walk to the water or into town for food and shopping. We loved sitting on the porch, enjoying the cool nights and starry skies. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable, great location and Rebecca was really helpful and quick to respond! 13yo and 10yo also loved it for those that have kids. Would definitely stay again!
