Step into a spacious dining area seamlessly connected to the living room, perfect for family gatherings and enjoying entertainment on the 65'' TV. Sliding doors in both the living room and kitchen lead to the backyard, offering a beautiful garden view.

Large kitchen with a waterfall chef island seating for 5.
Formal dining table with seating for 10.
Backyard with a grill for outdoor dining and entertainment.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom #1: Queen bed with stunning river and mountain views (downstairs).
Bedroom #2: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, attached bathroom (upstairs).
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with stunning river and mountain views (upstairs).
Bedroom #4: Two queen beds (upstairs).
Bathrooms:
Hallway bathroom (upstairs).
Hallway bathroom (downstairs).
PARKING
Driveway with space for 4 cars.
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
