You'll have access to skiing, tubing, golf, mountain biking, pickleball, and dining just a short walk away. With breathtaking eastern views of the ski slopes and private airport, this chalet offers the perfect blend of adventure and tranquility. The 53 step ascent leads to the chalet high up into the tree-tops for a surprisingly private view despite its central location. This view is worth every step!
Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by soaring A-frame cathedral ceilings and rustic whitewashed pine walls that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The great room features expansive windows and sliding glass doors that open up to stunning mountain views. Watch skiers glide down the slopes, marvel at vibrant holiday fireworks displays, enjoy the enchanting midnight New Year's parade of torches, and witness the breathtaking fall foliage—all from the comfort of this cozy retreat. Fire up the gas log wood stove when the winter chill sets in.

The open-concept kitchen has sleek cabinets, modern appliances, custom wood countertops, basic cookware, tableware, a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind) and a Kuerig (K-cups provided). The kitchen blends into the living space, making it perfect for entertaining and staying engaged with family and friends during your getaway. The dining table seats four, plus four more at the kitchen bar. Additionally, the main floor features two cozy bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom conveniently located just off the kitchen. A private loft bedroom with queen bed includes its own half bath and a cozy desk with computer monitor and chair - perfect for remote work . A stackable washer/dryer is located in the main floor bathroom.
Two bedrooms have Smart TVs and the living room features a smart HDTV projector with retractable movie screen with surround-sound system - perfect for movie nights under the starry sky. Guests can log into their popular streaming apps via the Chalet's high-speed WiFi internet, which has plenty of bandwidth for working, streaming, and gaming.

This chalet is supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

Pets are permitted for a $100 fee per pet, per stay.
This is a Self-Check-In property. You'll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information. PLEASE NOTE: this property is accessed with a key obtained from a smart lockbox mounted on the wall to the left of the main entry sliding glass door. Please flip open the lockbox dust cover, tap the screen twice, then enter your Key Code + the check key; the lockbox will open to reveal the keys inside.
This property has a propane gas grill on the main level deck. It DOES NOT have an outdoor hot tub or fire pit.
Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). Bryce Landing (Bryce Resort's pool) is for Bryce Resort member use only and is not open to the public. See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
