About this apartment rental
Welcome to your bright, fully stocked apartment in Martinez! We are 35 miles from SF and 30 miles from Napa. A great central location!
The apartment has a full kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and in-unit washer/dryer. The living room has a 58 inch TV. The unit is totally private and you have your own dedicated parking area that can easily accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
Entertainment options include a 58-inch TV in the living room, equipped for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, as well as a selection of Blu-Rays and DVDs. The TV can be angled any way you want, as it pulls out from the wall. Fast WIFI is also available.
For added convenience, a washer/dryer is provided in the unit, along with detergent. The hall closet includes an ironing board, iron, clothes rack, and plenty of hangers, as well as ample space for storing luggage.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is the lower level of the property. Our family lives on the top floor, completely separate from the apartment unit, there is no interior access between the upper and lower floor.
We are a family of four and live in the main house, so we are not far away. Happy to provide as much assistance as you require, but we respect your privacy otherwise. Since the apartment and driveway are separated from the main house, you likely won't see us unless you request some assistance.
To note: Please do not plan to have more than the max occupancy of 5 people stay overnight in the unit. It is not set up for parties or gatherings as we prefer to avoid high noise levels that can occur with large groups. It is fine if you have friends/family in the area and would like them to come over, but just be mindful of the noise please and do not have large groups or parties at the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Martinez, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative and gave us plenty of information to access the property with ease. Our only issue was that we could hear a lot of what the hosts were doing, including their children, and constant walking above us. We understand this is a unit attached to a house, but the listing noted total privacy and called it an apartment, which technically it is, but we’d consider it more of an in-law suite. The daytime noise paired with the strict quiet hours made it a bit restrictive for us (an adult couple), but we would still consider it a five star stay given the small town and the centrality.

Super cute well kept home in a nice location. Home is well stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay, (minus food of course) The owners were very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Definitely would stay again.
