About this house rental
Stylish, spacious and convenient. This gorgeous custom home was featured on the Boulder County Modern Home Tour! Enjoy space for everyone with 5 bedrooms with 3 king sized beds and 2 queen sized beds. Terrific space inside and out for making memories! Gather in the large kitchen, enjoy sunny Colorado on the patio which has ample seating. Enjoy the double sided gas fireplace in the dining room or the living room. Great for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only 20 minutes to Boulder. Please note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. This home has a private basement apartment with a separate entrance that host stays in. Maximum number of vehicles is 5. Vehicles can be parked in the garage and on the driveway. No street parking allowed. No RV's allowed. This is the host's primary residence. Host has personal belongings stored in the home.

Marylin was very responsive. The home was as advertised. Unusual layout (no bathroom on first floor and very open/so not a ton of privacy)....BUT we had a great stay and appreciated finding paper towels, coffee filters and some other basics that we didn't have to purchase. Also, neighborhood was very quiet and a lovely area for morning walks.

The neighborhood was quiet and this is a great location to get to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park/Estes Park.
