The complex features all of the great amenities that you should expect from a resort destination. Ideally located next to The Gulf restaurant & across from San Roc Marina, you can walk to some of the area’s best venues.
The Space:
Escape to Grand Pointe 313, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Gulf-front condo, perfect for a rejuvenating vacation. Immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of the shore, with the soothing sounds of waves providing a natural soundtrack to your stay.
This Orange Beach condo rental boasts a spacious private balcony, offering magnificent views of the bustling boat traffic and marine life at Alabama Pointe on the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. It's an idyllic spot to enjoy the beauty of the coastline and watch the world go by.
Our kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There is a regular (normal drip) coffee pot. The dining table has seating for 4 plus seating for 3 additional guests at the kitchen bar. We also have a table on the balcony which seats 4. A wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen with a new ice maker, along with a full-sized laundry room with iron and ironing board.
The Primary suite in this home-away-from-home is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, direct balcony access, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bath comes with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, adding an extra touch of indulgence. The second and third bedroom both offer a queen bed. All bedrooms provide the comfort of a private bath and a flat-screen TV.

The Neighborhood:
Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south making it one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach. Dolphins love to play in the pass so it almost a guarantee that guests will catch a dolphin sighting.
Amenities include a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise. Bring your fishing rods to fish off of the jetties and your beach gear to use while enjoying the expansive beach!

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
Parking Information
A maximum of two vehicles is permitted at the complex, and your reservation includes two parking passes. Trailers are not allowed on the property and must be parked off-site.
Designated overflow parking is available at the Bella Beach Properties office for additional vehicles and trailers. The fee is $50 per vehicle or trailer, per stay. Please contact us in advance to arrange overflow parking.

The huge balcony was so nice. Having a hot tub and pool both inside and out was also a plus. Our hosts were very prompt with any questions we had. A beautiful condo with a beautiful view.

The carpet is tired and worn, but once that’s replaced I think this would be a really nice unit. So well decorated and well set up. Amazing view. One thing to note….you don’t feel much privacy….if your slider is open you can hear everyone’s conversations from the pool, hot tub, and picnic area. Something to keep in mind if you’re looking for privacy, this may not be the one for you. Great communication from property management.
