The location is perfect! There is a campsite/beach area across the bay that we went to hang out at for a little bit, the teens even kayaked over there. The host communicated with us very well out entire stay! The only problem we had was our 2

Great house. We really enjoyed ease of access to the lake. Lots of games to choose from. Clean and well kept. AC kept the house very comfortable. The fire pit was fantastic for smores and hotdogs. Patio grill fired right up. Living room rug before stairs is a little slick so just be mindful.

Pros: Our family loved the dock and the paddleboards, the location on the peninsula, the close proximity to a boat dock, the accommodations large enough for a group of 9 to be comfortable, the inviting atmosphere with the lights and AC on when we arrived, the property manager that checked to make AC was cool enough during our hot July stay, the easy and friendly communication with the rental company, and the massage chair was a hit.Cons: The driveway was steep and a little cramped for our three pickups and jet ski trailer, the rock steps leading to dock and the handrail that was a little far away from them made a safety concern for elderly and kids, the smaller second bathroom that most were going to be using was just a short distance directly across from the dining room table, the refrigerator had a bad odor and was not clean when we arrived, and there was a mouse that visited the kitchen and our sealed food during the night.We did have a nice time on the dock and in the water, and if that is what you you are looking for in a stay, then this might be a great place. I contacted the rental company with some of the issues discussed in the cons, and they seemed genuinely interested in hearing those concerns and addressing them for future visitors.
