Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place, very comfortable, close to the village

This property was perfect for our needs during the summer. The property was very clean and spacious. The staff at Northstar resort was very friendly. Please note that the resort is very dead during the summer and most of the stores and facilities are closed for the season. Would love to see it during the winter

The property was very clean and met all of our needs. Very close to the Northstar village. Only issue was difficulty opening the door once the access code was entered

The condo is in a very quiet area and is very close to the Village and Rec. Center. The condo was clean and the furnishings and beds were comfortable. We would rent this property again IF the owners make a few changes.
1. The burners on the stove were not working, which made cooking very difficult. Additionally, the stove is VERY old and should probably be upgraded.
2. The BBQ was LOCKED! I have been renting private properties for 20+ years and the BBQ has always been made available to guests.
