Stay in a modern townhome in a newly built, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. Just minutes from the Capitol & Union Station, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Enjoy stunning views from the fourth-level outdoor patio and explore nearby trails along the Anacostia River. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or relaxation, this home offers the perfect balance of city excitement and suburban comfort. Great for families & groups!

This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. There is a full size washer and dryer, a full size refrigerator and 5 large smart televisions.

There are actively recording cameras overlooking the front and rear of the home. All cameras are on the exterior of the property

🔹 Guest Limit & Age Requirement – The property has a strict occupancy limit. Guests must be 25 years or older unless otherwise approved in advance. Families with children under 25 are always welcome. Any extra guests must be authorized before check-in.

🔹 Security Measures – For safety purposes, exterior security cameras are in place. Rest assured, no cameras are installed inside the home.
