NOTE: THERE IS CONSTRUCTION WORK ON THE STREET BELOW THE VILLA..Fantastic 3-bedroom villa with private pool located in the highly desirable Chimenea de Nerja area, offering plenty of outdoor space, all-day sun, beautiful sea views and a private pool. This charming property is close to the popular Burriana beach, near a major supermarket, with public transport links.
Upon entering through the front door, a set of stairs leads to the villa's entrance door. Inside, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen is a comfortable dining area and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa. The sofa can also be used as additional sleeping space, suitable for a child (additional mattress), smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. From the living room, there is direct access to a sunny terrace with outdoor dining furniture and beautiful sea views.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It also offers direct access to a private terrace with a sun lounger, a table, two chairs and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds with individual toppers, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a private balcony. A second bathroom on this floor includes a bath with overhead shower.
On the ground floor, with its own separate private access from outside the house, there is a studio apartment that contains the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen.
Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool and its own shower, an additional outdoor dining area, and there is also an outdoor barbecue.
