We have two different perspectives on this house:1. We had three age 50 men staying for a fishing trip. For us the property was great. Needed 3 separate rooms for all the snoring. Close by steakhouses. Pool was a must for post fishing. Overall we gave it a four star.2. If our wives were with us it would be a different story. The house appears to be from the Miami Vice days of the 1980s with Tubbs & Crocket. Appliances and plumbing fixtures appear to be updated but the house has not aged well. The couch looks dirty like it’s 10 yrs old. I would not recommend this for women as it needs a deep cleaning. I would give it a 2 Star from a woman’s perspective.Overall the Coconut Grove area is gorgeous and this house is in a perfect part of town. I recommend it for a guys trip. Overall I’d give 3 stars
