Villa Marinella is a luxury property in the heart of Chianti, half way between Florence and Siena less than one km from the cozy hamlet of Panzano in Chianti where guest can find services like restaurants, groceries, bank, bar etc. the property is located into a vast estate surrounded by the characteristic Tuscan hills with wineries and olive groves, the estate features other villas each with its own privacy a large group can decide to rent the whole estate for a family reunion, please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor space of each villa in order to give complete privacy for each property.

Villa Marinella private garden is made of different terraces is surrounded by olive trees, located on hill top offers amazing view of the wineries around, it features two private swimming pools the small one with a jacuzzi which is 6x6 mt. depth 0.70; and the second which is above ground is 3.5x11 mt. depth from 1.10 to 1.30 mt. it is equipped with elegant sunlounges and umbrellas for shade together with an outdoor shower. On a lower terrace is present an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ for al fresco meals.

The property is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse with a turret on top offering 360-degree view of the Chianti countryside, it develops in different levels finely furnished in order to offer a comfort stay to its guests, The main entrance is actually considered the one on the second level, there is a large living room with fire place sofas and arm chairs, two sitting rooms, spacious dining room with table for 14 people and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities double oven, ice maker, 7 burns stove dishwasher. At the garden level there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms one with shower and one with tub. On the same level is the master bedroom with an exclusive free standing jacuzzi tub and a bathroom with shower. A flight of stairs go down to the lower floor where is located the indoor heated pool, on request, at an extra cost, the pool can be heated up to 30°C, this floor also feature a double bedroom which can be access by the garden and it has a private bathroom with shower.
On the upper level, which is where the living areas are is possible to find other two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The last floor the turret features a small living area and a double bedroom with private bathrooms with shower. The villa has air conditioning, internet wifi, private parking space, washing machine, Satellite flat TV.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 1500.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
