Near Downtown 1 bedroom Duplex . 1 large King bedrrom. 3 block walk to downtown. A five minute drive to campus and the stadium.
House has keyless lock set to the last 4 digits of your phone #. Guests can arrive and depart without meeting me, but I live in town and am available if needed. Parties are allowed, but I must be notified and give approval. May charge extra.

The backyard is not part of this rental. The other duplex parks in back, and enters from the back, so the backyard is their space. When you arrive, you are welcome to request access to the backyard. If we don't have anyone staying on the other side, I will you to use the backyard.
Drive, bike or walk to downtown
One entrances with keyless lock at the front of the house. It is on the left porch. Their is parking in the front of the house for 3 cars.
This is a duplex. Other side is rented as well, access for them is from the back of the house.
